Laker Film Room Podcast: The Challenges of Getting Back in Basketball Shape

In this episode of the Laker Film Room Podcast, Pete and I are joined by Dr. Rajpal Brar to discuss the challenges the Lakers players will face to get back into basketball shape as the NBA prepares to resume its season. Dr. Brar also discusses some of the protocols around resuming the season in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

After our segment with Dr. Brar, Pete and I continue our conversation on the potential return of the league, including our thoughts on some of the rumored format proposals the NBA is considering when they do come back. Included here are our thoughts on how many teams should be invited back, whether to seed the playoffs one through 16 in the playoffs, and how a round-robin/play-in tournament could work.
