Lakers Podcast: Let’s Talk About Luke

December 6, 2017 by Darius Soriano

In this episode of the Laker Film Room Podcast, Pete and I discuss Luke Walton and the job he’s done to this point in the season.

We discuss at, at length, what we’ve liked and disliked about the starting lineup choices, the rotations, and the personnel groupings Walton’s deployed so far. We also get into the quandry that is the correct minutes allocation for the Lopez/Nance/Randle/Kuzma group at PF/C and whether, in our opinion, Walton is handling those minutes in the most productive manner.

Finally, we circle back to how we view Walton as the long-term answer at head coach and whether there’s any reason to believe his job could end up being in jeopardy.

If you’re looking for an exhaustive discussion about the Lakers head coach, this podcast is for you. Enjoy.
