Lakers Podcast: Short Handed

March 7, 2018 by Darius Soriano

In this episode of the Laker Film Room Podcast, Pete and I discuss the Lakers injury woes and how being short handed has impacted the team’s rotations in recent games.

Building on that, we take a deep dive into how the team has managed the back end of the roster including the handling of 10-day contracts, who they’ve signed to two-way contracts, what they’ve done to fill roster spots 13-17, and whether the decisions they’ve made in handling all of those moves on the margins have been as successful as they could have been considering where the roster is now in the face of all the injuries.

In saying all that, however, we close with how, regardless of how some of these moves have been handled or played out, how enthused we are with the direction of the team and the trajectory they’re on. Give the full episode a listen below.
